Items I'm Selling showing ENDED items first
Yes, this is correct.  If you look at your My eBay it shows the same information, this is because some items that are for sale do not sell.  So they must show up in this area.  This is also the reason why when you are using the evaluation version, you might see 2 ENDED times there and then the upgrade line.  This is because eBay shows these items first and then active items.

Why don't all my Auctions Show up (unregistered version)
Most likely you do not have a registered version of Auction Messenger.  In the evaluation, we only show part of the listings because we want you to upgrade to the full version.  The limited listings should give you enough information to make a decision on whether to purchase the program or not.  :)

Why doe't all my Auctions Show (registered version)
eBay by defaults only shows 25 items at a time.  You can change this by going to your My eBay page and click on the preference/setup tab. There you will be able to change the number of listings you view from 25 (which is the default) up to 100 if necessary.

Registration
Click on the REGISTER menu item  and enter your Registration Key and click the Register button

No Connection
The most common issue is that you are behind a firewall for safety.  You will need to enter your firewall settings in the Preferences dialog box.  You can do this by clicking on the menu item FILE\PREFERENCES and then clicking on the Firewall tab.

I don't want Auction Messenger to automatically connect
Click on the menu item FILE and then uncheck Auto Connect to eBay

Setting my auction Alert time
Click on the menu item VIEW/BID ALERTS and then select a time

Setup up multiple eBay Profiles
You can do this by clicking on the menu item FILE\PREFERENCES and then clicking on the eBay Profiles tab.  Then enter your other eBay usernames and passwords

Switching between eBay Profiles
Click on the menu item VIEW/PROFILES and then select a profile to use.  It will automatically refresh your data after you select the profile.

Turn off AD Banner rotation
If you have the registered version of Auction Messenger, you can click on the menu item FILE and then make sure you check the menu item STOP BANNER ROTATION to turn it off.  It will only show the Auction Messenger banner at the bottom.
